Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing and editing high-quality video content. Looking for someone with great communication skills, flexible, adaptable, willing to travel, and committed to meeting the needs of the operations we support. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video projects
• Capture and edit video content: stories/promos/reels for use on websites, social media, etc.
• Ensure all video content meets brand standards and guidelines
• Work with different departments and leaders across the organization
• Capture in our studio/ travel to our different operations to capture content/ setup and conduct interviews of our leaders across the company
• Manage video equipment and maintain an organized video library

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production (Please provide a link to a reel of your work)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and other Adobe software like After Effects and Photoshop
• This role requires a great deal of travel capturing content for operations across the country
• Be able to setup a 2 camera interview session and conduct the interview in an engaging manner with the subject
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with flying drones (license is a plus)
• Photography skills is a plus
