Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Varicent ICM – Composer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in systems, data mining, supplier management, and data visualization. This role requires a professional with experience in demand planning, process improvement, and supply chain operations.

Experience:

– Proven experience working with Varicent ICM or similar incentive compensation management systems
– Familiarity with AS400 or other relevant software platforms
– Strong background in demand planning and supply chain operations
– Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively
– Experience in process improvement projects is a plus

Required Skills :-

• ETL methodologies
• Experience in the insurance domain (Life, Disability) and understanding of insurance terminology and Life Insurance/Disability Insurance Agent contracts
• Strong knowledge in Design, Development, and Testing of ETL methodologies in all phases of Data Warehousing
• Proficiency in creating and publishing dashboards and writing SQL queries
• Prior expertise in business analysis and technical skills to develop requirements documents for ICM (Varicent)
• Experience with Agile deliverables and ceremonies
• Advanced skills in SQL, JavaScript, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Capability to solve complex technical problems and assimilate information rapidly

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.25 – $77.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
