Photographer/Videographer

• Photoshoot Planning: Collaborate with clients and/or creative team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes. Plan photoshoot logistics, including location scouting, equipment setup, and scheduling.
• Creative Direction: Interpret client briefs and artistic concepts to develop a visual style and approach for each project. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of the images.
• Photography Execution: Capture high-quality images using a variety of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment. Apply technical expertise in composition, exposure, and post-processing to achieve desired aesthetic and technical standards.
• Subject Direction: Direct and guide subjects, models, or individuals during photoshoots to achieve natural and compelling poses, expressions, and interactions. Create a comfortable and collaborative environment to elicit authentic performances.
• Image Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch images using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual appeal, correct imperfections, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• File Management: Organize, catalog, and archive digital image files to maintain an efficient and accessible database. Ensure proper naming, metadata tagging, and storage to facilitate easy retrieval and usage.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress. Maintain a professional and responsive demeanor in all client interactions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper care, maintenance, and calibration of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories. Keep abreast of advancements in photography technology and equipment.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as art directors, stylists, and assistants, to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of photoshoots. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet client expectations and project timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles and genres.
• Proficiency in digital photography techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., DSLR cameras, studio lighting, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve creatively in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, client preferences, and project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
