I want to produce training videos for our home inspector college at www.internachi.edu.

You will film home inspectors conducting home inspections at various locations in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas. You will film with your video camera, sound equipment, and lighting. You will then edit that video, including video post-production. The on-site filming of the home inspections will take place in Raleigh and surrounding areas.

For each project, I will find the local home inspector and a house. You will film me and the home inspector as we inspect the house (“run and gun”).

Each home inspection filming project will take about 4-6 hours. And the editing and post-production for each should take no more than a few days.

You can edit the video remotely. You need to be willing to travel around Raleigh and the surrounding areas.

For each filming project, you can choose to get paid by the hour or by the project. Either way is fine with me.

Ben Gromicko is the Chief Academic Officer for the InterNACHI School, an accredited home inspector college at www.internachi.edu. We offer training video courses to home inspectors so they can learn how to conduct home inspections.

Job Type: Hourly, Contract, Part-Time

Pay: $20-30 per hour (based on qualifications, experience, and skill level). Or get paid by project.
