The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Freelance Videographer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This role is perfect for a talented and experienced videographer seeking flexible work arrangements. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to various client projects, ranging from polished, highly-produced videos to quick-turn, engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Spotlight Media’s creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with client objectives.
• Produce video content that is both visually stunning and strategically targeted for maximum impact.
• Handle all aspects of the video production process, including filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
• Work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of creating eye-catching and effective marketing videos.
• Strong understanding of current video trends, particularly for social media.
• Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred).
• Exceptional creative vision and storytelling abilities.
• Self-motivated and reliable with a passion for results-driven video content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Must possess your own professional-grade camera and video equipment.
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing your work.

Compensation

• Competitive project-based rates.
• Open to retainer arrangement or pay-per-project, depending on experience and project scope.
