Videographer – Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: We are searching for a talented and creative Videographer who possesses a strong storytelling ability and is well-versed in content creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have solid experience shooting video, as well as the ability to conceptualize and edit stand-out video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization & Storyboarding

• Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to develop innovative and compelling video content ideas.
• Draft storyboards and scripts that convey clear and impactful messages tailored to our brand and audience.

Videography

• Set up and manage equipment including cameras, lights, and sound to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct on-camera talent as needed and ensure a smooth recording process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest videography techniques, trends, and equipment.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve or similar platforms to produce seamless and captivating videos.
• Incorporate graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the storytelling elements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all videos.
• Collaborate with graphic designers or animators when necessary.

Content Creation & Social Media Marketing

• Optimize video content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the social media team to strategize the distribution and promotion of video content.
• Track and analyze video performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights.

Continuous Learning & Development

• Stay informed on the latest trends in videography, editing, and social media marketing.
• Attend workshops, webinars, or courses to enhance skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling capabilities and creativity.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DAvinci Resolve or equivalents.
• Experience in optimizing video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with a critical eye for aesthetics and narrative coherence.
