We are seeking a talented and meticulous Social Media Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our online presence through captivating video content.
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Videographer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content for our social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create visually appealing videos that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to deliver high-quality videos on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and strategies that align with our social media objectives and target audience.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate video shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, and managing logistics.
Capture high-quality footage using professional camera equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and composition.
Edit raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos that adhere to brand guidelines and social media best practices.
Add graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements to enhance the overall impact of the videos.
Optimize videos for various social media platforms, taking into account different aspect ratios, file formats, and video lengths.
Manage the video production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to project deadlines.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media video content creation and incorporate new ideas into our strategy.
Analyze video performance metrics and user engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in social media content.
Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs, and other relevant equipment.
Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their video requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
