Join a Remote-First Studio and Shape Immersive Experiences! Seeking a VFX Artist!

Are you passionate about creating immersive experiences using the latest technology? This cutting-edge studio, specializing in Unreal, is pushing the boundaries of games and entertainment with proprietary and high-profile collaboration projects. As a remote-first studio, now is the perfect time to join this rapidly expanding developer.

We are seeking a creative VFX Artist to help develop visually stunning and realistic effects for the studios projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about Visual Effects, processes a strong artistic eye, and has a solid technical background in implementation.

Please note: This studio cannot offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement high-quality visual effects that align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project.
  • Collaborate with the Art and Design teams to understand and interpret their vision, providing creative input and ideas whilst keeping quality and style consistent.
  • Ensure content is optimized for real-time rendering engines, in line with quality/performance targets, and compliant with project-specific constraints.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine’s art pipeline.
  • A portfolio showing a strong artistic eye for impact, timing and visual flair within a range of VFX styles.
  • Highly proficient in using real time particle editors such as Unreal Engine’s Niagara VFX system to create game-ready content from concept to implementation.

Desired: ✨

  • Previous shipped title(s) within a relevant game art production pipeline.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Skills in any adjacent areas such as Blueprint, lighting, animation or modelling.
