Job Title: Videographer
Location: Bradford, UK (office based)
Salary: Up to £42,000/Per annum
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
The role:
We are looking to hire an experienced Videographer who can create, shoot, and edit inspiring, engaging promotional/ film video content for use in our marketing channels, including YouTube and social media.
What your day might look like:
  • Responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and events.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, drones, base correctors, audio board, and video switcher and editing software.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for video content.
  • Plan and organize shooting schedules, locations, and equipment requirements.
  • Edit and enhance video footage, adding graphics, effects, and other elements as needed.
  • Manage video files, backups, and archives to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other relevant departments to align video content with overall brand messaging and strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and creativity of video content.
  • Provide input and ideas for improving video production processes and workflows.
About you:
  • Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
  • Experience with YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.
  • Proficient in video editing software.
  • Knowledge of various video production equipment and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing content.
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work in videography.
