Position Overview
We are looking for a detailed & dependable Social Media/Videographer Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to provide first-class quality and service in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience and in-depth knowledge of all stages of social media design, ads, photography, and videography. The candidate will also have experience managing the day-to-day flow of ad traffic and creating/using analytics to recommend and implement ad strategies. Additionally, the Social Media/Marketing Associate will set job priorities based on completion deadlines, ensure goals are met and on budget, and has a keen eye to spot even the smallest details. Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) and love of cars is highly desired, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company social media is always operating as efficiently as possible.
- Develop and implement a content production calendar for social media (Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook, Twitter) and company websites.
- Produce marketing images, videos, and social media content in alignment with overall corporate identity and style. Edit and deliver all content for use.
- Post all approved photos and videos on social media channels 5-7 times per week.
- Interpret ad spend and analytics in company issued software. Report on progress and
recommend necessary changes or adjustments to current marketing and social media goals.
- Update company website and social media with new content targeted at B2C audience.
- Create all photo and video content for customer testimonials.
- Coordinate with Sales Team (internal and external) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate photo and video opportunities with Wholesale accounts, when necessary.
- Maintain all photo and video equipment in good working order.
- Effectively manage time and resources to complete jobs on-time without compromise in quality.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities.
- Effectively communicate with team members via written and verbal communication and
collaborate on continual process improvements.
- Update company leadership on status of any issues causing delays in production.
- Use company supplied software to track social media analytics.
- Attend daily huddles and assist in facilitating daily objectives and goals. Outline priorities based on current jobs in the shop.• Provide company leadership with any ideas for departmental process improvements to align with the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Computer experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or similar role.
- Experience in editing photos and videos
- Superior mindfulness and ability to focus in a challenging environment.
- Works well under strict time limits without compromise in quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to build and nurture relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and time management
skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Experience with marketing and social media analytics.
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- A professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Driven, competitive nature with the ability to excel in an ever-changing environment.
- Graphic design skills
