What is Monster Mini Golf?

Monster Mini Golf is an international franchise system of crazy cool Blacklight Family Entertainment Centers. Our locations feature an 18-hole Glow in the Dark Miniature Golf Course, Laser Tag, Bowling, Arcade Games and much more! The Role – The Zany Caddy

Monster Mini Golf is the leading indoor Mini Golf and Family Entertainment Center in the Charlotte metro area, with operational locations in Charlotte, Gastonia and coming soon to Monroe. We are looking to hire an experienced Actor to assist us in furthering creative and interactive entertainment on our Mini Golf Course, by bringing to life a new Zany Caddy Role/Character. The Zany Caddy will be a role/character which interacts with guests on our Mini Golf course through intimate comedic skits and DJ booth via microphone.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in character and script development.
• Provide feedback and insight into the performance of a role/character.
• Practice lines and scenes both independently and collaboratively.
• Work collaboratively with management and other team members to deliver entertainment.
• Assist with and facilitate training workshops to elevate Team Members guest experience and entertainment delivery.
• Offer suggestions to management regarding roles, characters and skits
• Travel to various area Monster Mini Golf locations for as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in theater, speech, or other related fields preferred.
• Experience performing in front of an audience.
• Creative thinking and ability to design skits and scripts.
• Ability to memorize and deliver lines on cue.
• Openness to taking direction from management.
• Capable of taking, processing, and utilizing critical feedback.
• Ability to assist in training others on developed skits and scripts.
• Willingness to grow into a role and learn new ways to perform..
• Can easily adapt to new situations.
