Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Real Estate Photographer/Videographer. This role will involve assisting in various aspects of property photography and videography. This job is currently on a casual basis on the days Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will have to potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• An upbeat and positive attitude is not just desirable, but paramount for the ideal candidate, aligning seamlessly with our company’s core values.
• Collaborate with the lead photographer/videographer to plan and execute photo and video shoots.
• Learn and operate equipment including cameras, drones, and lighting gear.
• Assist in post-production tasks such as editing photos and videos using software like Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve.
• Attend property viewings to gather footage and capture key features.
• Assist in drawing floor plans and creating other visual marketing materials.
• Maintain and organise equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
• Provide general administrative support to the photography team.
• Travel to and from property locations with lead photographer/videographer in company vehicle
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and create engaging reels for social media platforms.

Requirements:

• A valid open driver’s license.
• Passion for photography, videography, and creative storytelling.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis with the potential for full-time employment.
• Own equipment is not necessary but considered an advantage.
• Photography/videography knowledge is an advantage but not necessary
