ITJGroup is a rapidly expanding digital agency that offers end-to-end solutions that are causing havoc in the jewelry business. We assist merchants by building high-end jewelry marketplaces and providing everything from studio services, strategy, and campaigns to development initiatives.

About the Position

We seek a talented, proactive, and fast learner creator to work under the supervision of our marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who shows potential to be part of the core team and grow with the company. You will be trained to create high-quality content, run social media, and be taught a content creator for Luxury industries.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to the table. You will pitch content ideas that align with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Brainstorm and present creative briefs for videos that will help elevate the brand and its message.
• Work under the supervision to capture all types of videos for the marketing team, including in-studio videos, lifestyle videos, behind-the-scenes, and consignment shoots.
• Check all material to ensure that it has been captured properly
• Ability to create design solutions that align user needs, brand goals, and business requirements
• Reshoot scenes or parts of locations that may not conform to quality coverage standards
• Use graphic design skills and appropriate market knowledge to craft compelling, high-quality visual content for posting on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to contribute to the shaping of our content strategy.
• Manage & monitor socials.
• Understand the needs of potential customers and produce marketing materials.
• Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout making appropriate changes; responsible for the accuracy and clarity of final copy.
• Responsible for tracking workflow and ensuring that jobs are completed within the required time frames according to client specifications.
• Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects.
• Remains current in the industry, identifying new traits, techniques, and shortcuts.
• Ability to monitor, manage, and execute various tasks and efforts at different stages of discovery and execution; handles large request queues; and delivers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Videography and video editing
• Work experience with different Social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Thrive in a team-oriented and high-energy environment
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Active and willing to assist with more projects.

Education:

• Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or English (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
