Videographer and Film Editor

Reporting to the Programing Production Specialist, the Videographer and Film Editor will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. They will transport, set up, operate equipment, and do final editing for all videos for FASTer Way to Fat Loss.

Reporting to the Programming Production Specialist, the Videographer and Film Editor will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production and post-production. They will transport, set up, operate equipment, and do final editing for all videos for FASTer Way to Fat Loss.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate video cameras on location or in the studio and in the production of professional pre-recorded programming
• Design, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions, as needed
• Maintain equipment inventory
• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music
• Inputting graphics to enhance footage
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
• Applying color correction and color grading footage
• Work with internal team to document and streamline your editing process
• Develop and launch a plan for the FASTer Way podcast production
• Assist any additional creative projects and learn our brand guidelines
• Implement our new project management tool into your workflow
• Working closely with team members to deliver a product that matches the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Brand, on time
• Attend work in office according to the time and attire guidelines associated with FASTer Way
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in production or related field required (desired but not required)
• At least one year of experience in a comparable role
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven abilities in navigating customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
