Video Editor

As a Video Editor at Arise Digital, you will be crafting compelling short-form video content that captivates our clients audience. You will be required to edit and refine these projects, ensuring they align with our vision and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished short-form content using DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with the production team to determine the necessary video content and ensure consistency in style and tone.
• Apply creative editing techniques to enhance narrative and emotional impact in short-form videos.
• Incorporate graphics, special effects, music, and sound to enrich the final product.
• Maintain a coherent and engaging narrative structure in all edited content.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and suggest improvements to editing workflows.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in video editing, specifically with DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form video production.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a creative environment.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 45 per week
