Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand vision. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our established online presence.
Responsibilities:
– Capture and edit professional-quality videos for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, events, and social media content
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards
– Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices for video shoots
– Conduct interviews and direct talent to ensure the desired outcome
– Edit footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere
– Enhance video quality through colour correction, audio editing, and visual effects
– Manage video files and maintain an organised library of footage
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video production quality
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
– Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere
– Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording
– Familiarity with photography principles and composition
– Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages effectively through visuals
– Experience in journalism or related field is a plus
– Proficient in social media management platforms for sharing video content
– Knowledge of photo editing software such as Capture One or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
