The Field Producer – Videographer/ Photographer will lead high-quality photo and video production to support our Marketing & Sales teams. The Field Producer will work with the Media Coordinator to attend corporate and sales events to cover photo and video needs. This position requires responsibility in both the creative and technical aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, working in close collaboration with our graphic designers and marketing coordinators. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance. This candidate will have extensive knowledge in video production, editing, photography in various surroundings & environments. The Field Producer will travel often, including local travel (40-50%) and overnight travel (10-15%), but maintain a homebase in our Downtown Columbia office and studio with opportunities to work from home throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to travel to all branches for photo/video shoots
  • Photograph and/or film members of the Flat Branch community for social media, outsource marketing and company events.
  • Produce high-quality professional headshots for sales staff, partners and other employees
  • Manage strict deadlines and multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Develop, film, edit and store promotional & marketing videos that assist with the daily sales and functions of Flat Branch.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing software (including Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Collaborate with the Media Coordinator to communicate and schedule with various sales teams, Mortgage Bankers, Third party vendors, Management and Department Managers with marketing requests.
  • Ability to work individually, as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and times to meet deadlines.
  • Organization and maintenance of all studio equipment.
  • Any other needs as directed by the Director of Marketing and team leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, preferred
  • 2-3+ years of Videography and Photography experience, required
  • Extensive knowledge with: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camera Raw, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional in directing subjects in film and photo shoots
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequent travel (local and overnight) as needed
