Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Drive to various properties on a daily basis to conduct professional photo and video shoots.
• Utilize our photography and videography equipment to capture high-quality images and footage of interiors and exteriors.
• Ensure that each property is presented in its most appealing manner, highlighting its unique features and selling points.
• Collaborate with our team to understand the specific requirements and preferences for each shoot.
• Adhere to established guidelines and standards to maintain consistency in visual content.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography and videography is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, drones, stabilizers, and other photography/videography equipment is preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
