Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our team. We’re looking for someone to film/edit and take ownership over the growth and production of our social media content. The right individual will have a strong desire to grow the channels and socials we use and will have creative freedom over the projects. The majority of the content will revolve around our construction (fix and flip) and real estate. We’re looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the CEO to develop video concepts and storyboards

– Shoot and capture high-quality footage

– Edit raw footage to create compelling and engaging videos

– Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, and animations

– Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style

– Manage video projects from start to finish, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, composition, and sound

– Familiarity with photography principles and techniques

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
