Together we are building a legacy of excellence, one project a time.*Job Summary*We are looking for a Project Manager who excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion, while ensuring that project goals and objectives are met effectively.*Job Duties & Responsibilities** Lead the planning and execution of multifamily projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.* Coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure efficient project execution.* Facilitate regular project meetings, communicate project status updates, and address any issues or risks that may arise.* Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles, and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.* Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to project team members.* Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance with Alberta building codes and safety regulations.* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budget status, and any potential risks or issues.* Handle property administration tasks, including coordinating with property management teams and addressing any post-construction deficiencies or warranty claims.*Skills and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).* 2+ years of on-the-job project and site management experience, with a focus on multifamily residential construction projects.* Strong knowledge of Alberta building codes, specifically pertaining to concrete construction.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel for budget management and data analysis.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally.* Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail._____________________________________________Luxuria is an equal opportunity employer.
