As a leading manufacturer of Engineered Wood Products, we are dedicated to professionalism and quality service. We are also proud to be a safety COR certificated company.*Position Overview: *As a *Project Manager *your objectives are to satisfy customers? needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer service experience. You are expected to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. If you have exceptional organizational skills, pride in your attention to details and draw energy from being a part of a team that continues to strive for success, we would like to meet you.*What We Expect: ** Safety sensible, strong work ethics, being responsible, accountable, punctual, and dependable.* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training and teamwork.* High standards in attention to detail, quality of work and efficient processes.* Confident interpersonal communication skills, via phone and email.* Exceptional multitasking, time management and organization skills.* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.*Responsibilities: *_*Qualifying Plans:*_* Assess and review project plans for feasibility and compliance._*Permit Management:*_* Request permit layouts from design teams.* Follow up with city permits and ensure timely approvals.* Coordinate corrections and manage returns as needed._*Client Communication:*_* Send permit layouts and final pricing to clients.* Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.* Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction._*Pricing Management:*_* Generate pricing quotes for projects.* Handle pricing revisions based on client feedback.* Send final pricing and revision quotes to clients._*Production Coordination:*_* Release cutting orders to production.* Coordinate special orders and manage the ordering process.* Monitor and manage production timelines._*Design Liaison:*_* Address design concerns and requests from customers.* Collaborate with design teams for necessary revisions._*Administrative Tasks:*_* Monitor emails and efficiently assign tasks to administrative staff.* Review and respond to internal and external voicemails.* Manage software discussion notifications and take appropriate actions._*Site Operations:*_* Conduct site visits for project assessment and client interaction.* Handle project intakes and ensure all required information is gathered._*Documentation and Reporting:*_* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.* Generate and send quote pricing and revision pricing documents._*Proactive Problem Solving:*_* Address and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.* Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.*Qualifications: *Certificate or a minimum of 10 years work experience with one or all the following:o Sales Account Managero Project management with a construction or similar industryo Customer service representative* In
