Real Estate Photographer/Videographer – Cincinnati, OH

JPG Media is a real estate media company that is centered around supporting agents with great customer service and a quality product at a great price. We are looking for a photographer for real estate media services. Our company works with over 300 agents in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to provide photos, video, 360 virtual home tours and drone media for their property listings. This is a 1099 independent contractor job that is a work for hire position with no editing. You will only be responsible for obtaining the media needed and sending it to our editing team, and most importantly, delivering the highest quality of customer service to agents and their clients.

Work Location: Cincinnati, surrounding suburbs, and part of Northern Kentucky

Schedule:

• Contractor sets their own availability between these daily hours of operation
• Monday – Friday (9am – 7pm)
• Saturday – Sunday (10am – 5pm)
• We are currently seeking photographers that have an availability of at least 6 hours per day, Monday – Wednesday weekly.
• We are currently seeking someone who has a Part 107 Drone License or willing to get one in the first month of employment

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: Pay-by-job starting at $30 per job (45 min appointment time). (Full-time photographers are currently making $1,200 – $2,000 per month)

Job Responsibilities:

• Professional, courteous and customer friendly appearance and communications with agents and their clients. (including wearing supplied JPGM apparel)
• Taking HDR and Bracketed Photos using our specs
• Completing the full shot list for every appointment per product type
• Uploading to company Dropbox
• Creating & Sending notes in our designated format (with supplied proprietary scanning equipment)
• Responsive communication during available hours with JPG Management Team & agent support via Google Spaces
• Completing floor plan through CubiCasa app*
• Taking video clips based on our shot list and specs*

*These are additional products for you to service to increase income and appointment opportunities. We can give assistance on learning to produce these products and expect you to be able to service them after two months with us. No additional cost for equipment will be required of you for these products, however there may be other optional products you would like to offer that may require additional cost at your end, but are not a requirement of this position by JPG Media. Job Requirements:

• Own reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Driving within a 30 mile radius of 1000 Main St., Cincinnati, OH 45202 (mileage beyond this will include travel pay, see attached territory map for details)
• Must sign a non-solicit, non-disclosure agreement for the protection of our clients private information and company proprietary information
• Must carry independent contractor insurance (we can recommend options as little as $40/month)
• Must comply with JPG Media policies (including wearing attire at all shoots – will be provided)
• Must have reliable internet access with laptop/desktop/tablet to upload media after every shoot by 7pm
• Smart phone with plenty of data capabilities for apps needed while on the job.
• Not required but a plus: 3-axis gimbal for video, Ricoh Theta Z1 or X 360 camera and/or DJI mini drone or better

Skills:

• Customer Service Oriented – this job requires you to interact with agents and homeowners. Being professional, responsible, and conscientious is a must
• Flexible & Patient – this job can sometimes require you to change plans in less than 24 hours or work with clients as they are getting the property ready.
• Ability to use Email, Chat apps, Dropbox, etc. Basic tech knowledge.
• Responsible – appointments are scheduled at a certain time and must be completed on-time.
• Professional – we are working with people’s property and are guests while in their home. Our team not only represents JPG Media but our agents as well and it is imperative that clients are comfortable and happy with us while in their home
• Must be fluent English Speaking

Must have or willing to buy the following equipment:

• DSLR or Mirrorless camera capable of shooting both HDR single image and 5 Bracketed Shots
• 10-20mm (no fisheye) lens
• Off-Camera handheld flash or speedlight
• Monopod with sturdy 3 foot stand (tripods will not be accepted) – ifootage Cobra Strike is preferred
• 3+ high speed SD or Micro SD cards
• 2+ batteries
• Drone DJI mini or better is not required by preferred

We will be hosting interviews Tuesday, April 2nd and Wednesday, April 3rd from 11am – 2pm. Please give your top two preferred times.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
