Full job description
Looking for full time administrative help for a specialty entertainment insurance brokerage in Larchmont, NY. General office, customer support, accounting, insurance, film production exposures are preferred. Duties include assisting with various administrative and accounting tasks, email follow ups, answering telephones, etc. Fast paced, fun work environment, as agency specializes in the film & entertainment industry. Requirements: prior office experience, excellent computer, pdf, admin. general office skills, ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and once trained work independently. Excellent communication and problem solving skills to meet the needs of our creative film producer clientele. Manly in office work with some remote days. Commutable by Metro North New Haven line, office is across from the train station. On the job training is provided. Excellent growth opportunity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
