Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to enhance our marketing efforts and promote our construction projects effectively. The ideal candidates will have a passion for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling visual content tailored to our target audience.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics and videos for promotional materials, social media campaigns, website content, and other marketing channels.

Design engaging layouts, logos, brochures, signage, and other marketing collateral that align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.

Edit and produce high-quality videos, including project showcases, walkthroughs and construction progress updates.

Ensure consistency in design and brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and video editing techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design projects and video editing skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per month
