The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

  • Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.
  • Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions
  • Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers
  • Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences

You’ll have…

  • High School diploma
  • 4+ years experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising on-set or in-house with sound recording
  • Must have a 60 second reel of your work that demonstrates your abilities to mix & record audio

Even better, you may have…

  • 8+ years of professional experience recording audio and sound mixing
  • The ability to think creatively and offer input
  • Credits or reel displaying the caliber of high quality, accomplished work we intend to create
  • Proficient in Adobe CC (including Premiere, After Effects, Audition), Davinci Resolve, MS Office (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)

What you’ll do…

The Sound Mixer will have the primary responsibility of capturing and mixing high-quality audio, altering the sonic environment including set-up and maintaining recording equipment for our in-house Ford training videos, as well as elevating our audio direction for this team. In addition to recording audio, this individual will be required to participate in pre-production, creative meetings, post-production and/or act as a boom operator.

This candidate will have the opportunity to record and mix audio for Model-E. The candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter who needs little to no direction to set up audio for shoots. They must be a team player who thinks positively, even when hurdles and unexpected obstacles arise. Finally, this candidate has a reel of their work that highlights their skills in sound recording and audio mixing.

  • Record & mix sound on our Ford training video shoots, both at our in-house production studio and on location, as needed
  • Responsible for technical aspects of the audio production, including advising the team on opportunities to enhance our standards
  • Assist in project development by providing your creative input during creative meetings
  • Manage and upkeep the gear and tools utilized to create dynamic audio
