Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic In-House Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor at Smile White, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and engaging content for our social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos that align with brand guidelines and objectives

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations

Incorporate graphics, effects, and animations to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production techniques

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new video content

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Strong understanding of video production techniques, including colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and style

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating proficiency in video editing

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of film production, digital media, or a related field

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content distribution
