Full job description
Revenue 9 is a rapidly growing Agency seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand vision. You will work closely with our content creators and producers to bring their ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Duties:
– Edit raw footage into high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, sound synchronization, and visual continuity
– Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project objectives and deliver videos that meet their vision
– Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, or Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance video content
– Incorporate motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual effects to enhance the overall video production
– Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
– Manage and organize video assets using content management systems and file transfer protocols (FTP)
– Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas for video projects and contribute innovative solutions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
– Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, or Final Cut Pro
– Proficient in 2D animation software Adobe After Effects
– Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Bridge
– Familiarity with content management systems for organizing video assets
– Experience in film production, including capturing footage and working with different camera equipment
– Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles and techniques
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
– Ability to multitask on several project
– Ability to complete projects on a tight deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
