Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. Your New Role…
The Rentals Manager will be responsible for looking after the day-to day requests from Productions for Rigging equipment. Working closely with all Rigging team members, they will ensure that the department delivers excellent customer service and will drive the success of the department. They will work with a range of key stakeholders – from Production Mangers to Heads of Department and Rigging Crews. They will also oversee the effective management of the Rigging Office.

Your Role Accountabilities…
-
To manage the Rigging rentals business cycle from start to finish – from receiving an initial request through to quote, service provisions and support, to final invoicing.

To work closely with our existing to suppliers and to be open to expanding our supplier network.

Using our supplier network to source and obtain equipment as and when required to fulfil orders in line with policy.

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, be prepared to negotiate with Productions and Suppliers regarding costs.

Using our rental software program and any relevant paperwork to ensure that all jobs are correctly prepared and up to date on the system.

Assisting with management reporting as and when required.

Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with new and existing clients

Line management of Rentals Coordinator, ensuring their growth and development.
Qualifications & Experience…
-
Experience in a similar environment such as an equipment rental house is desirable but not essential.

Able to work proactively with less experienced staff and increase their knowledge base.
-
Ability to build client relationships within the media/production and other industries.
-
Consistently looking to improve processes within the department and across the company.
-
Ability to delegate and arrange workflows.
-
Confident to both make decisions and to know when to seek guidance.

A robust sense of humour!

We’re a truly global business, working with all productions filming at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden as well as location projects all over the world.
We are based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL), and while we provide packages for all on-lot studio productions, we also have a wealth of experience at providing expert services to national and international productions. Our clients include all the major US studios, as well as independent film and TV companies, broadcasters, and production companies for commercial and pop promos.

With our wealth of experience and collaborative nature, we work closely with productions to provide bespoke solutions whatever the size and scale of the production and provide support to ensure the production runs smoothly.
