Full job description
RUN Studios is searching for a creative Video Editor to help the in-house production team located in downtown Seattle.
- Assemble the final product as a sequence consisting of shots from the raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, and graphics.
- Partner with post-production team to improve workflows and efficiencies and drive improvements for our clients.
- Ensure that all videos are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other team members, including motion designers, producers, and directors, to create cohesive and engaging content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
- Continuously develop and refine skills and knowledge related to video editing, including new software and techniques.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to improve outcomes of projects.
- Provide excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- 5+ years of Video Editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, and basic skills in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across teams and management.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail; consistently produce accurate work product.
- Sense of urgency and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and seek out resources and tools to increase effectiveness.
- Ability to maintain efficiency in a fast paced environment.

- Physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Work Environment
- Hybrid role, requiring occasional days on-site for selected projects and team collaboration.
- Travel
- Projects may occasionally require travel, typically between 0-5 days per year.
