What will you be doing?

At PinPoint Media, we understand the importance of emerging platforms for performance driven digital content. Our data-driven, human-inspired approach ensures that our content and campaigns cut through and deliver for our clients.

We are looking for a social first Video Editor with a good knowledge of emerging social platforms, performance content and the agency and digital landscape. You will join our fantastic international team of ambitious and driven creatives supporting our clients in achieving cut-through campaigns.

Reporting into our Head of Creative, and working with the wider Media/Content Teams, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms and the digital landscape, an awareness of performance content and an ability to be platform agnostic.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Edit performance first social content for B2B and B2C brands globally.
  • Produce content that hooks viewers in seconds and drives results alongside our Performance and Paid teams.
  • Ideate for pitches & proposals alongside Producers.
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Highly-experienced in working on varying social platforms.
  • Ability to create a narrative if longer form content is required.
  • A good understanding of the wider creative landscape such as Animation and Design.
  • Good understanding of AI workflows.
  • Keen to drive innovation and keep up to date with culture, trends and styles.
  • Experienced, competent and creative editor with 3 years + experience.
  • Adept in the Adobe CC packages, Premier and FCP XExperience with sound editing & sound scaping.
  • Experience editing for podcasts is a bonus.
  • Colour grading experience and skills.
  • Motion graphics / animation in After Effects is desirable.
  • Work with wider Media team on volume content for brands and clients.
  • Understand and be comfortable using CapCut and native platforms editing.
