Twinkl Parents is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Junior Videographer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for video, animation, and editing, this role is perfect for you. Our team focuses on producing engaging content for social media platforms and our website.

As a Junior Videographer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and producing high-quality videos for Twinkl Parents. From conceptualisation to publication, you will be involved in every stage of video production, utilising your creative skills and technical expertise.

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

  • Collaborate with live lesson teachers and the marketing team to develop engaging video concepts
  • Edit videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, ensuring a polished final product
  • Create short-form and long-from video content tailored for social media platforms
  • Work closely with teachers and video editors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges related to video content creation
  • Brainstorm new ideas aligned with audience preferences and educational goals

  • Nick boulter – Video team product manager
  • Vicky Raynes – Parents team social media manager
  • The video production team
  • The parent’s production teams
  • The parent’s social media team

Requirements

We’re interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Degree in an art-based subject or relevant experience in video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects
  • Creative approach to project development and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience creating engaging video content, particularly for live settings
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their content requirements
  • Essential for remote working- You will need access to a fast and reliable internet connection of at least 6mb down and 1mb upload. We recommend you use speedtest.net to check’
