Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Video Editor/videographer to join our team. In this role, you will assemble raw footage into a cohesive film that reflects the company’s vision. You review and trim segments, input music, and dialogue, and ultimately create a high-quality video with editing that is so seamless that it goes unnoticed by the audience.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the script and understand the vision of the company
• Create a shot list following a script or outline
• Trim/splice video and connect in an appropriate sequence
• Input music, dialogue, and special effects
• Correct lighting and coloring when necessary
• Create rough and final cuts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies or related field
• Previous experience as a Video Editor or in a similar position
• Familiarity with editing software
• Strong portfolio of work
• Ability to follow direction
• Creative vision and attention to detail
