Job Title: Genesys Composer Routing Developer (W2 Contract Only)

Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Genesys Composer Routing Developer who can immediately contribute to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing new routing workflows, thoroughly documenting them, and assisting business teams in defining workflow requirements. Strong communication skills are crucial for this role, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to perform development and unit testing, demonstrating good analytical and debugging skills.

Essential Skills:

Experience with Genesys Composer routing development.

Ability to design new routing workflows and document them thoroughly.

Collaboration with business teams to define workflow requirements.
