We’re in search of a Video Editor who combines expertise with a zest for creative exploration to help us redefine the boundaries of digital media.

The Role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will harness your video editing skills to transform raw footage into polished, impactful complete works of art. Working in close harmony with our production team, you’ll dive deep into project visions, meticulously edit footage, and sculpt stories that are perfectly aligned with our brand’s ethos and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assemble, and edit raw footage, including selecting, cutting, and organizing clips, to create seamless final products.
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to understand and execute project visions.
  • Utilize creative storytelling techniques to enhance narrative and emotional impact.
  • Apply color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects to ensure high production value.
  • Ensure all projects are edited and delivered on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Maintain and organize video archives for efficient access and storage.
  • Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and new techniques in video editing and production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Knowledge of post-production processes including color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance both a playful and relaxed environment while being consistent and effective in deliverables.
  • Work in-person, in our office is a non-negotiable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.90 – $24.80 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
