The Training Without Conflict Team is growing and we are excited to be hiring an in-house Videographer and Video Editor! This is a full time, hybrid position. This position will report to the Media Director.
About Training Without Conflict
Training Without Conflict was Founded by Ivan Balabanov, a two-time World Champion, fourteen-time national competition winner, dog trainer extraordinaire, respected teacher, and top breeder in the USA of Belgian Malinois. Ivan has spent years of extensive research, hands-on application, and real-life proofing to develop his revolutionary dog training system while helping dog owners from all walks of life across the globe. He has now gathered all this knowledge, experience, and extraordinary talents in one place.
Training Without Conflict offers customized dog training for family pets, sports dogs, police dogs and protection dogs. Trainings are available through our online video portal and certification programs
About You
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and intuitive videographer and video editor, specializing in outdoor training session filming. studio environment “direct-to-camera” filming and online and social media content to join our growing creative team.
This Videographer role is responsible for filming Ivan Balabanov full-time. This will include things like training sessions, workshops, lectures, podcasts, and future TWC training lesson releases. This includes filming multiple days per week as well as in-studio capture.This role is required to be in Plant City, Florida full-time with the ability to travel.
Balancing the technical aspects of filming while showcasing training and educational concepts are what you do best.
You need to understand the best practices of framing, lighting, and audio while also knowing how to work alongside on-camera talent, work with admin teams.
Ideally you have done this before at a high level and are able to show your talent and progress on previous content you have worked on.
This role is vital to Training Without Conflict ® as you will be spending a large amount of time with Ivan Balabanov and will be filming proprietary training concepts, private training sessions, and workshops.
Above all else we seek a self-motivated, self starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing the future look of Training Without Conflict ® media.
Responsibilities
- Filming 3-5 days per week
- Studio/Direct-to-Camera filming 1-2 days per week
- Setting up studio shoots (lighting, framing, audio, props)
- Shooting stills daily for use in social content
- Interacting with the Training Without Conflict® media team
- Pay close attention to comments on social media channels to inform how you film future videos
- Adding footage promptly to shared media drives
- Updating assigned tasks and communicating updates with team during weekly meetings
The Video editor role is responsible for editing Training Without Conflict ® productions. This includes the editing and graphics that go into our Training Lessons, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Facebook videos.This role reports to the Media Director. You will work alongside the Training Without Conflict ® team.
Balancing strategy and creativity are what you do best. You understand the best practices of pacing, structure, music, and graphic needs to produce top tier content in a fast paced environment. You’ve done this before at a high level and are able to show the trackable progress you made on previous content you’ve worked on.

ExpectedResults
- Training Without Conflict ® Podcast edited within a one week time frame (7days)
- Abiding by production timelines on Training Without Conflict ® Training Lesson Productions
- Abiding by production timelines on Certification Program additions
- Providing shortform content from longform assets (ex.TWC Podcast, Training Lessons,etc.
Role Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in video editing
- Proven success as a video editor
- 2+ years of relevant experience in video production
- Proven success as a videographer
- Experience with keeping highly sensitive information confidential
- Highly effective communicator
- Deep understanding of filming and audio recording
- Speed and clarity in communication
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to change
- Confident dog lover – although you might not be working directly with the dogs, you will be in contact with them. Loving dogs and feeling calm and confident with them is a must
- Able to work on site in Plant City, Florida
- Able to travel when necessary

About The Position
Pay starts at $35/hour.
