THE BIG PICTURE:

Girl&Bear is about totally transforming the way we make stuff now and adding to that offering so we’re fit for the future and beyond.

VCCP is a challenger agency for challenger brands. We have always challenged ourselves internally to develop our model and our offering. It’s this challenger spirit which led us to be ahead of our time with our internal production capabilities in VCCP.

The market has moved quickly however, and plenty of other businesses are now fighting to produce the ideas and campaigns we develop, and often they claim to be able to do it cheaper, faster and better.

We have outstanding capabilities across design, film, content, stills, experiential, digital and post production, but they exist in silos around our business. We are bringing these together and evolving them to create a contemporary and market-leading integrated ‘making’ offering.

Supporting both the Head of Post Production, you are a lead editor in the department, providing experience and direction for the team and maintaining a high standard of creative output. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in offline editing.
  • A proven track record in creative, impactful, short-form editing.
  • The ability to take a sliver of a brief and run with it.
  • Experienced in creating compelling and impactful mood reels that communicate a story.

  • Understanding of broadcast standards, including QC process and clearcast guidelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC
