It also offers several regional channels in different languages to cater to the diverse linguistic audience in India. We serve high quality content to millions of customers with world class technology and production. We are now seeking an individual to join our dynamic team at Product Strategy & Partnerships. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive awareness, expand reach, and drive consideration for Star Sports.

Star Sports is a key catalyst in espousing a multisport culture in India. Over the past 5 years, it has invested in and partnered with key stakeholders to popularize sports beyond Cricket. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our organization. We believe in harnessing the power of partnerships to drive our business forward. This roleinvolves working across properties through the year at Star Sports.

Key Responsibilities:
•Developing new partnerships & managing existing ones to create a long-term association: Proactively identify & pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Star Sports’ long-term business goals and objectives. Lead the negotiation ensuring mutually beneficial deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that may arise. Track and measure the success of partnerships in achieving long-term goals and provide recommendations for enhancing and extending the partnerships.
•Identify, engage, & build strong relationships with fan armies & influencers relevant to the sports industry. Collaborate with them to share & create engaging content and activations that resonate with the target audience & enhance brand visibility. Leverage their influence to amplify Star Sports’ messaging and increase fan engagement across various digital platforms. Be the point of contact for all fan armies & Influencers to ensure service and strong relations.
•Identifying partnership opportunities, managing partners & track performance. Proactively identify & pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Star Sports’ long-term business goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations that highlight the potential benefits for both Star Sports and our partners. Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and explore opportunities for expanding and deepening the partnership.
•On going trends in the digital ecosystem: Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, & best practices in the social media ecosystem, particularly related to sports and entertainment. Monitor and analyse emerging social media platforms, features, and content formats that can be leveraged to enhance partnership initiatives and audience engagement. Keep abreast of changes in algorithms, policies, and trends across major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to optimize content reach and performance. Look for new partnership opportunities with platforms to provide scale and reach to brand Star Sports.

Qualifications:
•Qualification: MBA/Bachelors.
•3 to 5 years of experience with key interest in digital ecosystem and in-depth understanding of the sports industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
•Good with MS Power Point and Excel.
