Max Connect Marketing
Max Connect is seeking a goal-oriented and organized Video Producer/Filmmaker to manage and create video projects from inception to completion. The Producer will sit on the Creative Team, and will work closely with our cross-functional partners (Digital Marketing, Account Management, Social, etc.) The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and organized, and has a strong portfolio filled with performance-driven design. They understand storytelling through creative work and building a brand through video production.
You will plan, film and edit video content according to client briefs. To be successful as a producer you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. A good videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials
- Locating, checking, and booking shooting venues
- Ensuring that the production quality of the final product is top-notch
- Film videos on set or on location.
- Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
- Edit footage in post-production.
- Work evenings and weekends on occasion as needed

- Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.
- Color grading and correction experience (Davinci Resolve is a plus).
- Understanding basic motion graphic approaches and executions.
- Knowledge of raw video codecs, preferably Blackmagic RAW.
- Grip, gaffing and lighting.
- Organized in everything that they do.
- An eye for trends, technologies and future of social/digital communication
- Have the ability to receive criticism and take action
- Capacity to adapt to changing procedures, organization, and workloads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,948.01 – $52,926.63 per year
