Are you a talented videographer and editor with a passion for shaved ice and ice cream treats? Join us for a one-time project to capture the magic of employee training at My Flavor It Place!

Project Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled individual to help us create engaging and informative training videos for our dedicated team. As a family-owned and operated shaved ice and ice cream shop with 3 locations, we believe in providing top-notch training to ensure every employee feels confident and inspired to deliver exceptional service.

Scope of Work:

• Film training sessions covering various aspects of dessert preparation, customer service, and shop operations.
• Edit footage into concise, easy-to-follow training modules tailored to our specific procedures and culture.
• Collaborate closely with our team to ensure the videos reflect our brand identity and values.
• Deliver high-quality, professional videos that can be used for onboarding new employees and ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with our team to understand our training needs and preferences.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, engaging content.
• Passion for ice cream and a genuine interest in contributing to our family-owned business.

Timeline & Compensation:

• This is a one-time project with a flexible timeline based on mutual agreement.
• Compensation will be discussed based on experience and project scope.
