We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for various platforms and projects. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and visually appealing videos.

Responsibilities:
– Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless integration of audio and visual elements
– Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives
– Organize and manage video files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to assets
– Enhance videos with motion graphics, typography, and other visual effects
– Ensure video content meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
– Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
– Strong understanding of post-production processes, including color grading, audio mixing, and video compression
– Knowledge of motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus
– Familiarity with file transfer protocols (FTP) for uploading and sharing video files
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
– Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Skills:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe Bridge
– Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques
– Experience with motion graphics and visual effects
– Knowledge of typography and graphic design principles

Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role
– Experience working on film or video projects is preferred

Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $19.21 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
