About Prototype Escape Games:

Prototype Escape Games is a small, independently owned escape room in Jacksonville, FL. We provide guests with an immersive and fun escape game experience different from a traditional escape room. We utilize live actors/actresses, emphasize lighting and automation, and use the latest in escape room technology.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is for a scare actor. As a scare actor, you will be working with us in our escape room experience, “Cannibals in the Catacombs.” Your responsibilities will be to work alongside the game master to create an immersive experience for our players.

Considerations:

• This position requires you to wear a mask produced by Immortal Masks. These masks are roughly 10lbs and require some skill to take on/off. We will show you how to apply the mask and remove it.
• This position is 100% call-based. This means that you will not be scheduled on shifts but will be called in as needed between a predetermined span of hours. Standby is unpaid, meaning you will not be paid for your time at home waiting to be called in.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
