We are on the hunt for a standout Video Editor to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional video content that captivates audiences across various platforms. This role is perfect for someone who breathes visual storytelling, possesses a keen eye for color balance and aesthetics, and is a maestro in using editing software like Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit video content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring color balance, continuity, and visual aesthetics align with project goals.
  • Masterfully use Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects to enhance video projects, with motion graphics creation being a highly valued skill but not a must
  • Exhibit excellent project organization skills, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team and stakeholders to understand project visions and requirements, offering creative input to elevate the final product.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the editing process, from conceptualization to delivery, keeping all parties informed of progress and changes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in video editing and motion graphics, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and feedback in pre-production stages, such as script development and storyboard creation, to ensure smooth post-production workflows.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects including commercials, corporate videos, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
