Sales Gravy is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Studio Operations Manager to lead the Sales Gravy e-learning production and creative team.

About this position:

The Studio Operations Manager oversees the growing production team, studios, and equipment. This role will support every facet of video production including pre- and post-production, all equipment, and maintaining an inventory of ongoing video productions and b-roll assets. This role is in charge of seeing projects through from concept development to post-production & delivery. This individual will manage the production team including producers, production assistants, videographers, and editors. The ideal individual is highly organized, self-sufficient, motivated, and capable of navigating multiple simultaneous projects with a clear method of communication.

In this position, you will:

• Manage logistics and deadlines for projects, including timeline, client communications, workflow, staffing, production schedules, and equipment resources to ensure on-time deliverables
• Manage and supervise the production team supporting all aspects of live and pre-recorded events, audio productions, and video productions, both on-site and off-site
• Provide hands-on pre-production and post-production support with an emphasis on editing post-production
• Lead by example in video editing, contributing to projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Conduct quality control checks on final deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Proactively seek new methods and technologies to best meet the constant operational needs of a growing studio production team
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance, support, and elevate brand strategy/outreach efforts through multi-purpose video content that appeals to wide-ranging audiences
• Understand and embrace Sales Gravy brand guidelines, while ideating within them to create modern, digital-friendly content
• Foster excellent working relationships with individuals at all levels within and outside Sales Gravy, using good judgment, discretion, flexibility, and adeptness at problem-solving to provide an exceptional level of customer service
• Oversee IT and server database including collection and storage of all media
• Other responsibilities as needed

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in various video styles and genres.
• 3+ years of experience working in a video production studio
• 2+ years of experience leading a successful team and managing projects
• Experience with G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, AI programs
• Experience with production and project-tracking applications
• Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment while being flexible with business needs
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
