Our extensive Power Skill training catalogue consists of Taking Ownership, Storytelling, Empowering Leadership, Collaboration & Influence, Analytical Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion, Intentional Learning, and Resilience.

We’re looking for freelance training actors across France to help our learners practice in a fun & safe environment. You’ll be supporting the lead trainer in the various role plays, demonstrating and explaining theoretical models, and facilitating small size groups 6 to 12 people.

What you’ll achieve in your first year

  • You will help our learners practice their business case through roleplay in a safe environment

  • You will assist in facilitating training sessions with a Lead Trainer

  • You will make the theory come to life with your acting skills

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 6 months role-play acting experience in a corporate setting; coaching experience or a coaching certificate; or experience as a soft skills trainer

  • Your have your own registered business (for example: EI, SARL, SASU, EIRL, or Auto-Entrepreneur)

  • Ability to create a safe environment for learners and give constructive feedback

  • Strong improvisation skills

  • Basic knowledge of theoretical communication models and styles

  • Experience in facilitating small groups independently is a plus

  • Fluent in French and English is a big plus

  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face sessions depending on your location (Open to candidates around France)
