Job Description: Your position will be Social/Short Form Video Editor for Lamacchia Realty. This role involves a blend of creativity and technical expertise, focusing on transforming long-form content into engaging short-form videos for various social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in editing and producing content for multiple Lamacchia Companies.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Edit and produce short-form videos from long-form interviews, event recaps, real estate tours, and podcasts.

· Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

· Manage and organize video footage and digital assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.

· Perform photo editing and culling tasks, ensuring high-quality visual content.

· Shoot video content, including behind-the-scenes footage, to support various projects and campaigns.

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand messaging and goals.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media content, and real estate marketing.

· Set goals for KPI’s to improve knowledge of digital content.

· Create and manage a tracking system for all projects.

Job Qualifications:

· Ability to turn around work quickly without compromising work quality.

· Previous experience in video editing, particularly in short-form content for social media.

· Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Lightroom).

· Ability to creatively tell a story through motion graphics, manipulating media, and clip sequences with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of digital assets and projects.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.

· Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

· Capacity to comprehend feedback and adjust accordingly while preserving a neutral and professional attitude.

· Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Thorough understanding of and ability to use basic video production equipment.

· Proficiency in identifying and fixing issues with computer functions associated with editing programs and file storage/organization.

· FAA Part 107 Certification is a plus.

· Must provide a portfolio of both photography and videography to be considered.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

· Ability to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
