About Us:
We are a globally recognized professional intuitive channel/medium offering classes, books, public speaking engagements, and personalized sessions. We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team, supporting various tasks crucial to our online presence and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video clips/shorts from podcasts and videos for YouTube and social media platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Develop and schedule compelling social media content across various platforms using Metricool for efficient scheduling.
• Craft and schedule weekly emails for our subscriber list using Brevo for email marketing.
• Maintain an organized system for task management, reminders, and event schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications, double-checking for spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Experience in social media management and scheduling tools like Metricool.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably Brevo.
• Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and efficient work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

•Willingness to seek clarification and adapt to evolving needs.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week.
• Mon-Fri: 9am-1pm EST and 9pm-1am EST (with occasional adjustments for rare weekend hours).

Compensation: $5/hr (Full-Time)

Additional Notes:

• Flexibility for occasional weekend hours, adjusted accordingly within the weekly schedule.
