How you can make a difference
HealthEquity’s Video Editor will join a highly engaged and creative marketing team to craft impactful brand videos that make a meaningful difference. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and people teams tell compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. A successful Video Editor will adeptly edit, and shape video content aligned with our mission to save and improve lives for healthcare consumers. The Video Editor reports to the Creative Director. This role typically performs remote and can enjoy in-office work at our Draper, UT office if desired.
What you’ll be doing
- Edit raw video footage for high-quality brand and marketing content.
- Edit long form and short form content for social media, internal communications, sales cycle, and events.
- Generate creative approaches to video editing that increase campaign reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Ensure on brand seamless integration of visual and audio elements for delivered projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Implement and manage feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and deliverables ensuring deadlines are met.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that values creativity and impactful work.
- Lead with editing best practices, generously sharing lessons learned through your projects and collaboration.
What you will need to be successful
- Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience
- Proficient in Adobe video editing software
- Proficient in editing interview-based content
- Experience with audio mixing and color correction
- Strong visual storytelling skills that convey compelling narratives.
- Documented detail and precision in video and audio editing.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Up-to-date on industry trends and emerging video editing technologies.
- Exceptional time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in collaborative settings
- Clearly and consistently communicate project updates with collaborators.
- Identify and navigate around roadblocks that may delay a project from on-time completion.
- Occasional travel to attend training or meetings may be required.

Salary Range: $25.96 To $38.94 / hour
