Duties:
We have written a comedic musical, cleaVage: the “real” story behind fake breasts. Our mistress of ceremonie–and one of the most important characters– is a trans woman, DeeDee (aka Double D).
We are interested in recruiting trans woman actresses for two purposes:
1. To meet 4 to 6 hours daily for two to three consecutive days (probably Sat, Sun, and Mon) for a roundtable discussion of DeeDee’s character. We want to discuss the script and potential changes to make DeeDee ‘s character more authentic , relatable., and powerful. (And yes, DeeDee has an 11 o’clock number called “Just a Girl.”)
2. To find the perfect DeeDee to cast for our upcoming theater workshop in October.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
