Video Editor – YouTube / Content Creator

About the Role:
Looking for a part time (to possibly a full time) video editing role for a leading content creator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a content creator passionate about storytelling, proficient in video editing tools, and excited to contribute to the creation of compelling content

Responsibilities:

– Edit engaging and visually stunning videos in collaboration with Creator
– Showcase mastery in After Effects, Premiere Pro, FCPX, Photoshop & Lightroom
– Demonstrate proficiency in VFX through a dedicated VFX Reel
– Understand and contribute to short form content with at least 10 examples of your proudest short form videos

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing
– Reside in Los Angeles, California, or nearby areas (OC, Sherman Oaks, or Glendale)
– Familiar with the world of superhero/super villain narratives, and sci-fi, fantasy, and related categories
– Flexible schedule to get deliverables and items complete in a timely manor / sometimes with a quick turn around

Pay: From $350.00 per week

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
