Video Editor

We’re Drummond Central – a fiercely independent, employee-owned, award-winning creative agency from the north. We work with like-minded people to deliver truly ambitious work for iconic global brands, fast-moving retailers and local heroes. 

We’re looking for an experienced video editor with real-world experience. Someone who’s a whizz at editing footage to an extremely high standard. You’ll work closely with the Creative & Motion Graphics teams to produce first-rate reels that push our creative output to the next level.

What you’ll get up to:

• Produce high-quality deliverables that showcase deliberate and creative use of audio and footage.
• Work on a variety of client projects as well as supporting other members of the team with their work. 
• Be responsible for day-to-day video editing tasks, taking the lead on some relatively complex jobs, interrogating briefs and storyboards for suitability, output quality and consistency. 
• Support senior members of the Studio team to deliver elements of large jobs, as well as supporting juniors in their roles. 
• Attend pre-production meetings with senior colleagues where applicable and input your expertise.

What we’d like from you:

• Can demonstrate a working knowledge of layout, design, movement and audio.
• Can independently use Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite to complete projects.
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• You’re a great communicator and have an even greater eye for detail. 
• You should have ambition, a great sense of humour, and be able to hold your own in our busy agency environment.
